In order to better provide our services, TOA Industry Co. Ltd. ("TOA") asks users for personal information. TOA will make use of users' personal information to the extent required for providing the following services:
1) Answering or sending materials in response to requests for quotations or consultation
2) Shipment / return of ordered products
3) Provision of seminar information, and various product and service information
4) Further product development (audio recordings may be used)

2. Regarding the safety of personal information
TOA will take necessary measures to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of any personal information, as well as any other appropriate measures to ensure the safe management of personal information.

3. Regarding the entrustment of personal information
TOA may outsource the handling of personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. When entrusting the handling of personal data, TOA will conduct a strict investigation of the third party and perform necessary and appropriate supervision of the third party so that the personal information being entrusted will be managed safely. In addition, TOA may outsource the handling of personal information when collaborating with a third party for consulting, privacy mark applications, or ISMS applications.

4. Regarding the provision of personal information to a third party
TOA will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the individual, except in cases stipulated by law, including those stated in the Act on Personal Information Protection.

5. Procedures for the disclosure / altering of personal information
When personal information is requested by a user, the information will be promptly disclosed unless the identity of the requester cannot be confirmed.
Any requests for correction / addition / deletion of personal information from the user in question will be promptly handled after the request's legitimacy is confirmed.
Such requests will not be handled in the event that the user's identity cannot be confirmed.
